Pris Wasuwanich

I am a PhD student in the Biological and Chemical Engineering department at Northwestern co-advised with Mitchell Wang. I received my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Theatre Arts from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. My research involves developing optimized resilin-based biomaterials through directed evolution and machine learning to unlock superior elasticity. In my free time, I love going for walks and when the weather is warm shopping at the farmer’s markets. I also enjoy eating out, hosting TV show watch party with friends, and traveling.
